Working for one of the most respected and admired tech companies in the world means constantly upgrading my product, technical and system knowledge, as well as helping lead and develop the advancement of my team members. This position provides me with a solid understanding of the operations and organization of a large, innovative company.
As a mentor in a leadership role, I help facilitate hiring seminars for new employees and train new technicians in customer service, troubleshooting theory and hands-on repair skills. Also critical to my success is the ongoing constructive and specific feedback I provide to a dedicated group of colleagues.
Multitasking is at my core, essential to dealing with both ambiguity and constant change in a fast-paced environment. In addition, I demonstrate excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills every day, providing exceptional customer service and sales support, with passion and patience.
I'm fuelled by my passion for travel, adventure and the environment around us. I strive to travel and have been to many countries around the world.
